Confirm Inventory Accuracy

Cimpl lets you and everyone else in your organization confirm the ownership of IT services. In Cimpl, this function is known as Confirm Audit Accuracy.

Note: By default, Cimpl displays the inventory accuracy card. If you would like it to be hidden, please contact cimpl-support@uplandsoftware.com.

1. Click Confirm Inventory Accuracy at the top of My Services.

   Note: The red exclamation point indicates the audit has not been done.

2. Read the message.
3. If there is an item which does not belong to you, Dispute that item. Once the dispute is submitted, you can confirm your Inventory Accuracy.
4. If the item is correct, click Confirm Inventory Accuracy. A confirmation message appears.
5. Click Close to exit.

Once the inventory has been confirmed, the exclamation point turns into a green check mark with the date of the last confirmed inventory accuracy.
